Covid-19 Policy

The health and safety of our community is our top priority, and we ask for your assistance in keeping yourself and others safe and healthy during these unprecedented times. As we open the doors at Good Karma Yoga, we are implementing the following policy to provide a safe and healthy yoga environment for our customers, staff, and community.
We believe yoga is a safe and wonderful way to stay healthy. We hope that you will practice yoga with us, keeping our yoga community thriving and strong.

  • PRE-BOOK YOUR CLASSES - Sign-ups must be in advance and online. Check that you can successfully log in to your Good Karma Yoga Wellnessliving account on either your phone/tablet or computer.

  • SMALL CLASS SIZE - Classes are capped at 11 to ensure 6 feet of distance between each mat so make sure you get your class booked ahead of time before they fill up. There will be a $5 late cancel/no show fee. ($10 for unlimited members.) You must cancel 2 hours before your class start time to be considered an early cancel with no fee.

  • CHECK-IN PROCEDURE - Clients should arrive at the studio no more than 15 minutes before class starts. Check-in is touchless. Hand sanitizer will be placed at the front desk and everyone must take a squirt. Please practice social distance while in our space.

  • WEAR A MASK? -

  • BYOMP (BRING YOUR OWN MAT & PROPS) - Clients must bring their own mat, props, and water bottle. In a pinch, we will have mats for rent. (And, for now, no cool wash clothes after class. Just another thing to look forward to!)

  • CLEANING PROCEDURE - We will use commercial-grade cleaning materials to disinfect in between each and every class, and there is plenty of time in between classes for cleaning. Props may be used and will be cleaned after every use.

  • CHECK YOURSELF - Staff and instructors will undergo symptom screens before entering the studio. If you or anyone in your household is not feeling well, stay home! We will honor your cancellation and offer the spot to another.

  • Sign up for classes online and in advance.

  • Arrive no more than 15 minutes before class.

  • Bring only what you need -- to include a mask, mat, props, and water bottle.

  • Wear your mask when not on your mat (and even when on your mat, if you desire).

  • Social-distance at all times.

  • Mat areas are marked on the floor. Honor these placements.

  • If you are not feeling well or may have been around others with the virus, please stay home.
